SAE23 - Mettre en place une solution informatique pour l'entreprise
What is the SAE23 ?
This "SAE 23 - Mettre en place une solution informatique pour l'entreprise" aims to make us work with the Django framework, but also with HTML and CSS. We also configured a linux machine so that the framework communicates with a MySQL database.
We worked in groups of 2.
What have I achieved ?
We divided up the tasks. I did all the backend and frontend part.
For the backend, I realized:
- Configuration of the Django framework
- Migration of the SQLite database to a MySQL database hosted on a linux machine
For the frontend:
- I created the design made by my classmate in HTML and CSS
We also carried out a whole section of tests to find the various bugs and corrected them.
What is my opinion on this SAE ?
My opinion on this SAE is quite mixed.
I moderately liked the part on Django, indeed Django is quite repetitive and quickly boring.
I particularly liked the part under Linux. I find Linux to be much more permissive than Windows, and much more easily debuggable and customizable.
